Position : Project Manager cum Agriculture Expert (Better Cotton Initiative Project)

No. of position/ Location : 1/ Yavatmal

Qualification : Sc. (Agriculture)/ B. Sc (Agriculture) from recognized university with minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in NRM, Sustainable farming Management, rural development and Project Management. Excellent knowledge on MS Office and internet use.

The candidate will be required to lead a multidisciplinary team for effective planning, execution and monitoring of projects related to Sustainable farming and rural development. An understanding of projects and policies related to Agriculture and NRM supported by Government, Corporate groups and International agencies. The above positions may require extensive travel to project locations.

Position : Producer Unit Manager  (Better Cotton Initiative Project)

No. of position/ Location : 1(Female)/ (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Aurangabad)

Qualification : Sc. (Agriculture) / B. Sc (Agriculture) from recognized university with minimum 4 – 5 years of work experience in Cotton production area.

PU Manager will be responsible for co-coordinating, monitoring and implementing the project activities of the BCI project in their respective location. Co-ordination of initiative involves proving technical guidance and support to team members on BCSS, motivating stakeholders, facilitating the assessment of community needs, documentation of best practices, case studies and data entry as per the BCSS compliances. Management of NRM programs, climate change, project planning, management, monitoring & evaluation of projects, computer knowledge

Position : Project Coordinator  (Regenerative Agriculture)

No. of position/ Location :  02 (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Aurangabad)

Qualification : Sc. (Agriculture) / B. Sc (Agriculture) from recognized university with minimum 5 – 6 years of work experience in Regenerative agriculture, Sustainable farming Management, NRM, rural development and Project Management. Excellent knowledge on MS Office and internet use. The candidate will be required to lead a multidisciplinary team for effective planning, execution and monitoring of projects related to Regenerative Agriculture, Cotton procurement & supply chain management. An understanding of projects and policies related to Rural Development supported by Government, Corporate groups and International agencies. The above positions may require extensive travel to project locations.

Position : Financial Literacy Expert (Regenerative Agriculture)

No. of position/ Location :  02 (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Aurangabad)

Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture Economics and any other relevant subject with minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in financial literacy, farm budget management, women empowerment, Crop insurance, Sustainable farming Management, rural development and Project Management. Excellent knowledge on MS Office and internet use. 

The candidate will be required to lead a multidisciplinary team for effective planning, execution and monitoring of projects related to Regenerative Agriculture, Sustainable farming and rural development. An understanding of projects and policies related to Rural Development supported by Government, Corporate groups and International agencies. The above positions may require extensive travel to project locations.

Position : MIS Data Entry Operator (Regenerative Agriculture)

No. of position/ Location :  01 (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Aurangabad)

Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer science or any other relevant subject with minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in reporting/Data analysis. Excellent knowledge on MS Office and internet use. 

As a data entry operator responsible for managing the field data, preparing daily reports and supporting the team in day-to-day operations.
